Tasty Bites

I am sitting in a Suzhou China factory at 10:00pm on a Saturday evening whilst a flavor lingers in my mouth from a meal I had two days ago. I do not know exactly what I was eating, but I believe it was in the 5th Chinese food group – Stuff.

Why does this phenomenon never occur two days after enjoying Prime Rib?
